About Foshan Open

Foshan Open – European Challenge Tour and China PGA Championship held at Foshan Golf Club is co-sanctioned by the European Challenge Tour and the China Golf Association. Foshan Open aims to build the path for future golf star to the internationally top class tournament and be responsible to accomplish the mission of spreading the Canton Culture to all of the world.

On Oct. 20th, 2013, European Challenge Tour, China Golf Association, Foshan Municipal Government, Golf Association of Guangdong Province and New World China Land singed a 10-year cooperation memo. All parties committed to presenting the Foshan Open for the next 10 years at Foshan Golf Club. This 10-years great event of golf will be the annual grand festival for Canton people and an important stage to let the entire world know more about Canton culture. The 1st Foshan Open was held from Oct.17th to Oct.20th. Nacho Elvira from Spain took the title.We sincerely invite you to participant the 2nd Foshan Open which will be held from Oct 23rd to 26th, 2014.
