2018 New World China Friendship Tournament successfully teed off on August 18 in Foshan Golf Club. More than 100 players gathered together, had fun and competed for the title.
Love life, love golf
During the event, players took part in “CHARITY WINS – Nearest to the Pin” at Hole 2, where they were invited to donate at least RMB 100 to challenge Mr. Chen Zihao, ambassador of the Foshan Open, and Mr. Julian Small, Foshan Golf Club General Manager. If a player's ball was nearer to the pin than Julian's, Julian would donate 100 yuan.

At the end of the tournament, Mr. Liang Jiekun performed the best and became the Gross Champion. Mr. Tan Jianying was the Runner-up and Mr. Deng Rixiang came in the third place. They earned themselves a spot in the 2018 Foshan Open Pro-Am Tournament.
Mr. Chen Yuhang, Project General Manager of Canton First Estate, Mr. Chen Zihao, Ambassador of the Foshan Open and Mr. Julian Small, General Manager of the Foshan Golf Club, presented the qualification to the Gross Champion, the Runner-up and the Third Place.
Mr. Chen Zihao presented the award for the Nearest to the Pin - Mr. Cao Bilang and Ms. Huang Caizhu. 
Mr. Vic Carder, Golf Director of Foshan Golf Club presented the award for the Longest Drive - Mr. Tao Yeguang and Ms. Hou Jiali. We collected 20000 yuan during the NWC Friendship Tournament and New World China Foshan Golf Club donated another 20000 yuan. At the dinner, the donation, 40000 yuan in total, was presented to Foshan Red Cross Hospital and School in order to help the sick children in need.

Ms. Liang Xuying, Executive Vice President of Foshan Red Cross, and Ms. Fang Hua, President of Foshan Red Cross Hospital and School accepted the donation on behalf of the organization.Awards List
