Looking back 2017, Foshan Open Culture & Industry Symposium presented the four-day's discussion with the following four themes: Course Maintenance and Renovation, Club Food & Beverage, Human Resources Management and the Career Path of Senior Managers. During this course, many positive feedback were achieved.
For example, Mr. Ka Ho Law, the Marketing Manager of HK Vegetable Marketing Organization, shared valuable ideas about organic production and hydroponics that aroused attention from the golf course managers, who attach great importance to the environment protection. While Mr. Johnny Tan, the Head Chef of Canton International House, gave a full play to his culinary arts ─ his magic performance of Molecular Cuisine has won wide acclamation.
"Human Resources Management", the inspirational theme, has built a bridge for human resources executives who are eager to share ideas and learn from each other, so as to improve their efficiency.

2018 Culture & Industry Symposium will be held from October 18th to 21st. It will focus on three major aspects: Golf Course Management, Clubhouse F&B, Human Resources, and Golf Education. As a highlight of the year, Gala Reception is a highly-anticipated event featuring geniune Italian food, exotic performance and exhibition. This year, the Symposium Committee is themed as Italy, a country of profound culture of art and history, and home of the current Open Champion, Francesco Molinari. An magic reception is on the way.
