Accord China Amateur Golf Open

On May 31st, 2018 Accord China Amateur Golf Open (Guangdong) came to an end at the Foshan Golf Club. 

Being the opening part of the whole series, this tournament gathered plenty of outstanding golf amateurs. Yi Feiqing notched up the male group champion with 143 strokes, which was closely followed by Peng Shuai (145), the runner-up, and David Wu (147), the third place. On the other hand, Yang Fang, who scored 152, championed the female group; Lin Jiaxin narrowly missed out to Yang with only one stroke; and Huang Ying (155) successfully secured herself the third place in the tournament.

It is worth mentioning that the top 8 male players (excluding tie) and the top 4 female players (excluding tie) of the tournament will obtain the pass to the final round of the 2018 Accord China Amateur Golf Open.  Besides, top 3 male players will be qualified to the 2018 Foshan Open Pro-Am Tournament.

May 31st witnessed the grand awards ceremony at the Putting Green of the Foshan Golf Club: Mr. Yuan Weimin, former Director-General of General Administration of Sports of China and former President of China Golf Association, Mr. Pang Zheng, Secretary General of China Golf Association, Mr. Zeng Zhiming of Guangqi Honda Automobile Co., Ltd., Mr. Wang Chaofeng of China Olympic Sports Industry Co., Ltd., Mr. Fang Mingzhi of Guangdong Golf Association, Mr. Jia Xiaofeng of Guangdong Golf Association, and Ms. Linda Liao, Executive General Manager of Foshan Golf Club presented awards to players.

The 2018 Accord China Amateur Golf Open is hosted by China Golf Association, undertook by Guangdong Golf Association, titled by Guangqi Honda Automobile Co., Ltd., and independently operated by Guangdong Zhongao International Sport Promotion Co., Ltd. The success of this  tournament in Guangdong shall be also attributed to Camsing International Holding Ltd., GDTV Sports, the Foshan Golf Club, the venue of the opening tournament, and supporting partners such as JY Grandmark, Euro Asia Chinese Golf Association, BIEM.L.FDLKK and Helix (H.K.) Limited etc.
