Golf Back to Olympics and Chinese Players Confirmed
 
    Since 1921, Golf was removed out from Olympics and returned back to Rio Olympics in 2016. Chinese excellent golfers Wu Ashun, Li Haotong, Feng Shanshan and Lin Xiyu will compete at 2016 Rio Olympics for China in golf event.

    In 1900 and 1904, golf was the official event at the second and third Olympics. However, it was no longer parts of Olympics event after almost 100 years. Golf focused on its own tournament system and since then it was called noble sport. Now, it is excited that golf officially returned to Olympics and hope Chinese golfers will returned in triumph.
 
    2016 Rio Olympics will be held at Brazil Capital Rio on August 5th, 2016. Men’s golf event will be started on August 11th and women’s golf event on August 17th.

    In early 2013, only 18 years old Li Haotong has already qualified at 1st session Foshan Open. Facing International famous players, Li showed his tenacity and courage during the competition.
 
 
    Feng Shanshan, as one of the members of Guangdong Golf Team, is also the top golfer at Chinese Ladies team. In June this year, Guangdong golf Association organized a week of intensive training for members of the Guangdong Golf Team and Junior golf Team at Foshan Golf Club. And Feng Shanshan made an appearance to encourage all the players.
 
    Foshan Golf Club wishes ‘All the best!!’ to Chinese golf team in the upcoming 2016 Rio Olympics.
