Today, with the grand opening of Foshan Open, the Culture and Industry Symposium starts at Canton International House on October 18th.

On the first day of the symposium, topics are focused on Human Resources, and presented by speakers from different professional organizations and golf clubs; including Zhang Manxue, the CEO of Research & Development Center on Privately Owned Firms in the Pearl River Delta;Michael Fang, the senior organization development consultant; Gao Dong, the vice president of Foshan Arbitration Department; Chen Chengxing, the head of Operation Management Department of Royal Orchid International Golf Club.

The first lecture, Diagnosis and Reshape of Corporation, was given by Ms. Zhang Manxue. Nowadays, Mobile Internet, Artificial Intelligence, and other new technologies have raised both brand new business modes and great challenges to the corporations. The shortage of the talent becomes the biggest problem, and it is supposed to release the development of corporations from the limitation brought by human resource. Being concentrated on studies for 13 years with the support of big datatechnology andGenBank with data of over 70,000 people, Ms. Zhang has provided technical services to almost 1000 corporations, and owned 9-year market application experience.

Besides,they shared ideas on the macro and micro analysis about the Human Recourses theme.

And Mr. Gao thinks that the labour relationship is stable at present, while there are contradictions between some subjective confidence on legal awareness and backward fact; the conservative management concept and the increasing need of life quality. Therefore, changes and challenges appear, like passive rights protection become active, aggressive expression become clam and rational, complete satisfaction become reasonable, unattached individuals into ordered group, simple protest into noetic negotiation.
